About Me
Hi, I'm Krystyna.
I started Make It Make Sense because I saw how often capable, thoughtful people were being asked to navigate complexity without enough clarity or support.
I have spent years working in agency environments, managing digital projects, supporting teams, and helping ideas move from messy to meaningful. Along the way, I learned that most problems are not caused by a lack of talent or effort. They come from misalignment, unclear expectations, and too much noise.
My work is about cutting through that noise.
Why I Do This Work
I believe clarity is a form of care. When things make sense, people make better decisions, feel more confident, and move forward with less stress.
After experiencing firsthand how overwhelming and isolating work can feel when structure is missing, I wanted to create a space where people could slow down just enough to think clearly and move intentionally. Make It Make Sense exists to support small business owners, freelancers, and teams who want thoughtful guidance without hype or pressure.
This work is not about doing more. It is about doing what matters.
How I Approach My Work
I am a strategist and project manager by nature, but at my core, I am a problem-solver. I focus on understanding context before offering solutions, and I value practical structure over rigid systems.
I bring:
- Clear thinking and honest conversations
- Experience working across teams, projects, and priorities
- A calm, organized approach to complex or overwhelming situations
I do not believe in one-size-fits-all frameworks, I meet people where they are and help them build clarity in a way that fits their real lives and real work.
Who I Work With
I work best with people who care deeply about what they are building but feel stuck, scattered, or unsure of the next right step.
That often includes:
- Small business owners trying to make sense of their marketing
- Freelancers navigating agency relationships and expectations
- Teams who need structure, alignment, and forward momentum
If you value thoughtful planning, clear communication, and realistic progress, we will likely work well together.
